1. Lifetime Warranty on All Repairs (Excluding Battery Replacements):

   • Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship related to the original repair service performed by Elite Phone & Computer Repair.

   • This warranty is applicable to the specific components repaired or replaced during the initial service.

2. Battery Replacements Warranty:

   • Battery replacements come with a one-year warranty, ensuring that the battery functions as intended and meets our quality standards.

   • This warranty covers defects in the replacement battery's materials and workmanship.

 

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

1. Accidental Damage:

   • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse is not covered under this warranty.

2. Unauthorized Repairs:

   • Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

3. Subsequent Damage:

   • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the failure to follow our care and usage instructions or subsequent damage to the device.

   • Damage caused by liquid exposure or other environmental factors.

 

 

Obtaining Warranty Service: If you believe your repaired device is experiencing issues covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:

   • Reach out to us via our Contact Page or give us a call at 985-845-4800 to initiate the warranty claim process.

   • Provide your original repair order number, name or phone number and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Evaluation and Repair:

   • Our technicians will assess the reported issue and, if covered by the warranty, proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements.

3. Return Shipping:

   • If applicable, you may be required to ship the device back to us for warranty service. Shipping costs to and from our service center are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important Notes:

• The lifetime warranty on repairs is non-transferable and applies only to the original device owner.

• Elite Phone & Computer Repair reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a device for warranty service.
